For the past several years, the ad slogan for the city of Las Vegas has been “What Happens Here, Stays Here.” However, when it comes to all the great information the Roydan team learns and the connections that are made at the ACA Spring Forum, held in Las Vegas, this slogan just does not hold water.

Another successful ACA Convention and Expo is in the books! At Roydan, we are always thankful for the opportunity that the annual convention and expo provides to meet with our customers and learn more about their needs. This year was no exception!

Today’s debt collection industry is a myriad of ever-changing political policies and compliance directives. At Roydan, we believe that working together with government decision makers offers an important bridge in creating positive changes for both our industry as well as the economy. With that in mind, Dan Hornung, Roydan’s President and CEO, recently attended the 2018 ACA Washington Insights Conference.

At Roydan, every conference and event we attend is another opportunity for us to connect with our valued customers and learn more about how we can meet their needs. With that in mind, we are thrilled to be a Silver Sponsor of the Great Lakes Credit and Collection Association’s Annual Conference.

How many Roydan team members does it take to escape a locked room? That sounds like the start of a great joke, but it was actually the theme of an afternoon teambuilding event and workshop.

With that in mind, we are thrilled to be attending the annual ACA Convention and Expo in Seattle, Washington.

Industry events such as the Great Lakes Credit & Collection Association (GLCCA) Annual Meeting help to give us more clarity in understanding the needs of our customers as well as trends within the industry. This allows us to collaborate with other industry professionals and develop solutions for greater effectiveness and profitability for our customer.

At Roydan, everything we do is for the benefit of our customers, whether this is developing enhancements to our software products or attending events to keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices. With this in mind, our team was thrilled to take part in the ACA Spring Forum and Expo, March 13-15 in Las Vegas.

Any successful business will tell you that at least one of the keys to their achievements is staying ahead of the industry trends. In technology based businesses, this can be a full-time job. This is why, at Roydan, we believe taking part in conferences, podcasts and other learning opportunities plays a vital role in providing the very best software solutions for our customers. With this in mind, our very own Dan Hornung, President and CEO here at Roydan, recently returned from the Progress NEXT Conference, held February 8-11 in Orlando, Florida.

At Roydan we believe that continuing education is an important way our team can stay ahead of the curve in the debt collection industry. We look at events like the ACA Fall Forum as opportunities to gain additional insight into the trends, advancements and current needs within the debt collection industry.

Members of our Roydan team recently returned from the ACA International Annual Convention and Expo, which was held this year at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. The focus of this year’s conference included “looking to the future”, something we always have at the forefront of our minds here at Roydan. Whether it’s developing debt collection solutions with the future in mind, or building relationships with customers and industry partners that stand the test of time, we are always looking ahead at where we are going next.

Roydan Enterprises was founded to help collection agencies be successful. With that in mind, we place great importance on taking the time to meet with leaders in the collections industry to learn how we can help our customers be even more effective. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to do just that at the 2016 ACA Convention and Expo.

But even more than that, we are passionate about hearing from them face-to-face. With that in mind, the Roydan team recently returned from the 76th Annual ACA Convention and Expo, which was held in the beautiful Sheraton and Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA.

At Roydan, our focus is always on the needs of our valued customers. We believe that attending industry-related events is an integral part of gaining a clearer understanding of these needs.  Roydan is looking forward to attending two such events in the month of May, namely the Michigan Association of Collection Agencies Annual Conference and the Spring 2015 Joint Conference of the Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota Collectors Associations.

Roydan University 2015 is now in the books! Every year when our User Meeting wraps up, we take some time to reflect on the meetings, classes and special events that took place. This year’s event drew individuals from around the Midwest as well as nearly two dozen organizations and individuals that joined us via podcast.

At ROYDAN Enterprises, our mission is to ensure that our valued customers have the tools they need to be successful in the debt collection industry. We believe that one of the most valuable tools we can provide our customers is on-going training and industry information.  With this in mind, we are looking forward to connecting at our Annual User Meeting April 20-21, 2015, at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Milwaukee.
